I am glad that you have decided to make one step towards feeling better. I know it is not an easy step and that probably you are experiencing some pain and discomfort. I can tell you by experience that pain and discomfort can be an open door to a better and different future. There is definitely a possibility for change and growth.  I have completed many specific training courses and I am cooperating in a residential centre for eating disorders. I have been trained to use spiritual counseling, integrated counseling, in particular counseling for religious people, expert in narcissist abuse and I have attended a specific course for eating disorders, addictions (in particular sex and love addiction and drug addiction), hypnosis, gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, cognitive emotional therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, NLP (I am a master practitioner), I am co-author of the book "psicologia della vita consacrata".  I also use several relaxation techniques.
