I utilize several treatment modalities including short and long term, individual, group, and family therapy. My training and approach includes psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapy incorporating motivational interviewing and mindfulness. I offer a safe space to explore the wide range of emotions that you experience throughout your day. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
My goal is to support the people I work with to develop increased flexibility. This often involves adapting and changing behaviors in ways that increase fulfillment and meaning.
