Daniela Golbert, M.A DRAMA THERAPY

Therapist

About

I am happy to be here and to help you release and liberate any pain, frustration, fixation you are experiencing and feeling at the moment. From my experience the common therapeutically task for most of our sufferings is to create movement and flexibility within ourselves. Movement in the roles we take, in the way we perceive ourselves, relationships, reality, these small ripples lead to visible changes in our external world.

I am an expressive art therapist, specialization in drama, body awareness. I work with the strengths of the patient, aiming to find and arouse spontaneity and creativity in in different aspects of life. I incorporate DBT( dialectical behavioral treatment) skills to help people work through their interpretations and perception  of the reality enabling them to embrace a complex picture of life.

Together we will practice looking at our reality as a stage where we can impact the play, the actors and the narrative. Our therapy is a co-creation process, together in a sensitive mindful way we will focus on developing our acceptance & validation, spontaneity & creativity in the way we live our life.

I feel I could help you as long as you have a deep desire for change and growth, if the will is there, together with your extensive resource of strengths during the  process we will discover the path.

I have years of experience working with grown-ups and teenagers in various circumstances: addictions - drug & alcohol abuse, domestic violence, delinquency, parenting and family conflicts, managing relationships, anger & emotion regulation, psycho-somatic disorders,  anxiety disorders ,stress management,  social anxiety, ADHD, self-fulfillment, loneliness, college life, career path, self-development, finding meaning, conflict resolution, and woman empowerment.

Curious to meet you, let’s hit the road,

Daniela Golbert

Daniela is amazing!!! Through her words, you can just tell how much of a kind, empathic person that she is. She is completely non-judgemental and really just guides you through whatever you want to talk about. It was my first time signing up for any sort of therapy and she made my experience so easy and always made sure to let me know she was there for anything. I highly highly recommend her no matter what you’re going through. ☺️☺️

I thought Danielagolbert was fully engaged in my woes. even though my elaborations were fully clothed, She doesn't mind eliminating any knots in my logic with questions. I understood where my confusions lie, and Daniela is traversing through my brain as if she knows which doors to open specifically.
