I am classically trained as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) . My passion is helping my clients feel empowered by the strengths they already possess as well as learning new skills and techniques to address current issues. My work with clients is centered in being nonjudgmental, creative, understanding, and also direct feedback.
Challenging thoughts while in a current state of struggle takes strength and courage. I am honored to help you navigate through his process at your convenience and be best available to your schedule.
I also have a variety of specialties that include but are not limited to: Eating Disorders, Substance Use, Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Elite Athlete/Olympic Athelte mental skills, Life Transitions, Grief, End of Life, LGBTQ+, and Interpersonal Relationships.
