Jennifer Kind, LPC, CDWF, EPC

Welcome! I imagine you are here because you are wanting/needing support of some kind. Well, if you would like some empathy + compassion mixed with some humor + hope, you've come to the right place. I help people like you live more wholeheartedly + courageously by guiding them towards cultivating stronger shame resilience + self-compassion, using self-awareness + mindfulness to change their thoughts + behavior, and becoming more of their integrated, organic selves on a daily basis. I work with people around depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, dating + relationships, attachment issues, family of origin issues, resolving conflict with others, etc.

I would love to support you in dealing with the ups and downs of being human, and creating the kind of life you truly want to live.

If you are sick of your past + other people holding you back, and you're ready to just get out of your own way - then let's do this!

She is so good at understanding me and helping me discover things about myself and where I need to grow. I didn't expect I'd receive so much help from talking to her, but I did! She does an incredible job! ☺️
Going great so far!
