About

I am glad that you have taken this first step! It is a difficult step to take, however, an important one as you move towards understanding yourself. I am honoured that you are taking this journey with me! I welcome to a collaborative relationship as we explore and understand your challenges.

My work with clients is supportive, nonjudmental and based on a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe this empowers client to develop their own adaptive patterns. The process of therapy, for me, is to create positive change for personal growth so clients can experience their lives more fully.

Overall
Wonderful communication skills which show her compassion and empathy
She was very helpful!
I love her empathy and acknowledgement statements. It seems that she really understands what I'm going through and she provides a safe space and a great listening ear however I do feel that we could have focused more on an action plan more. She did suggest things to do and I could have asked for more but Idk I feel like, the therapist should be the one to initiate the steps to take. Idk, I'm not sure. Just my feelings.
She's everything i want in a therapist! She listens and gives empathy statements well. She also drives the conversation with questions and proposing methods I can do to heal. I love her so much. Highly recommended. She deserves more clients tho i kinda want her for myself for now hahahha just kidding. I badly need to heal but i want others to heal too and i know she can help more people. So grateful for her.
She is an amazing listener. As someone with a lot of therapeutic experience I feel comfortable talking to her honestly and truthfully and expecting non-judgmental input towards working to solve my problems
