Kendall Alvis, MA LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

About

Do you find yourself struggling to take the next step? Facing feelings or thoughts that are challenging and unpleasant? Are experiences from your past impacting your current situation? Are fears blocking you from being the person/parent/partner you want to be? If so, perhaps counseling can help you get to that place you would like to be.

For the last 18 years, I have practiced therapy with adults, children, teenagers and families in order to provide a positive, therapeutic option for those whose journey has brought them my way.

I believe in creating a positive, safe and  comfortable space for individuals to express their true selves in order to achieve balance and optimal mental health in their lives.

I embrace the opportunity to join you on your path by honoring your story,  emphasizing your strengths, identifying barriers and creating a plan to help you reach your personal goals.

I look forward to working with you.
