I appreciated all of Kim's help. She is very insightful and how to deal with conflicts within friendships and really makes you think deeper about yourself and how you handle situations. She is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.
Validating and supportive. I feel comfortable being able to explain how I’m feeling without fearing I’ll be dismissed. Very appreciative.
Kim is really good at suggesting to do things without it sounding patronising or like they're ordering me around. And as a stubborn person who does not like being told to do things, this is really helpful!
Actively listens and responds. Validates a lot of what I'm saying. It feels easy to move past stuck points.
Really nice and understanding. I feel like I'm able to share whatever is on my mind without feeling judged.
