Kimberly Claudat, PhD

Psychologist

About

Dealing with painful emotions is one of the most difficult challenges we face. As a psychologist, my role is to help you develop a new relationship with your emotions and learn skills to reach a place of acceptance and balance in your life. I believe all people can work through their pain and develop a life worth living. My work is grounded in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach, and I've received intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

We will work together to help you identify goals, learn skills to cope with your emotional experience, and effectively engage in the life you want to live.

Kim is a great listener, she really encourages you to open up, and she's very helpful.
I immediately liked her gentle approach. It made me feel listened to and I liked the way that she said we could work out a plan on how to move forward.
