Dealing with painful emotions is one of the most difficult challenges we face. As a psychologist, my role is to help you develop a new relationship with your emotions and learn skills to reach a place of acceptance and balance in your life. I believe all people can work through their pain and develop a life worth living. My work is grounded in a cognitive behavioral approach, and I've received intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
