Clinical Social Work/Therapist

About 7703639021

Seeking support in therapy is often the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. It takes courage to seek help. It is my goal that you feel comfortable, safe, and understood so that together we can address areas that are causing discomfort in your life.

I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulties in their relationships, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, life stressors, and mood disturbances.

Treatment is client centered and client input is very important to me when choosing treatment modality to address your concerns. I use a variety of methods which include cognitive behavioral, strengths based, person centered, solution focused, and family systems.

Working together, to meet your goals in therapy will have the changes you desire come to fruition.

I love how thoughtful and professional her responses are and her tips have been very helpful. I never feel like I'm talking about things that are too much for her to handle.
Great response time, really thoughtful.
Her concern comes through
Kristin was very caring, professional, and had great questions and feedback about the problems I've been working out.
I received a quick response from Kristin and she had a pretty good grasp of the complicated situation that I am in and has asked me a few questions to get me started on therapy. I hope to have a really productive association with Kristin.
