About

I am happy to assist you in finding your voice and I am a good listener. I have over 25 years as a Social Worker and I enjoy helping individuals finding pleasure in their life when they are overwhelmed.  By working out the problem together, we can help you feel stronger.  It is my hope to make you feel stronger.  Everyone is different in terms of how much change they can handle in their lives.  As a result, we will go through counseling based on your needs and what makes you comfortable.  If I havent heard from you in a few days, I will always check in with you.
