Welcome! I am so happy that you are here. Conflicts in life can present us with many different feelings. They can be scary to face and sometimes even feel lonley.  I am so happy that you have reached out and recognized you do not have to face your conflict alone.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in the helping profession for nearly ten years am I am hear to listen to you without any judgement. 


I am here to help you move forward with conflicts presented in life by helping you learn to identify and use your strengths to build positive solutions. My practice focuses on putting your unique set of strengths into action for creating solutions and paths to achieve the goals that you have identfied for yourself.
