Overall
Caring, attentive and professional! Always strives to do her best! Would highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!
To put it simply she has helped me in all aspects of my life, from relationships to thoughts & feelings & fears. Not to mention with anxiety & depression. And provided helpful ways to manage my everyday life with cognitive behavioural therapy & grounding techniques. As well as being a constant stabilizing source & helping me manage life's fluidity & flexibility of both the good & difficult days & see that I could get through them all. She has helped me improve & alter my life vastly for the better, for which I am grateful.
Understanding, kind, and caring. 11/10.
really healing. she cares and listens thoughtfully
She listens attentively, responds in a timely manner, and asks good questions. This has been a good experience so far.
