Hello! I am Lisa and a licensed mental health counsellor. I aim to create a tailored and individualistic approach to therapy combining the person-centred approach with cognitive behavioural therapy. I am non-judgemental, empathetic, and supportive. Through our work together we can find more happiness and peace in your life and in your relationships too using evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
I thrive with my work with people and I enjoy exploring issues with others. Making the first step is sometimes the hardest decision to make. Through our exploration of thoughts and feelings, we can begin to make sense of the world together in a safe, confidential, and positive online environment with acceptance and empowerment shown throughout.
I have a professional interest and expertise in anxiety, depression, loneliness and trauma. I am a registered counsellor registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS). Thank you for being here!

Lisa is wonderful and extremely helpful. I feel like she really takes the time to write a well thought out response.
A great listener & has helpful ideas
Lisa is very supportive and open. She pays very much close attention to your situation and replies with indications that she understands. She asks questions to for clarification to make sure that she knows the situation clear co she can give her concise response. A really caring heart and involved therapist with her patience. She makes every session with her worth the while and you leave the chat feeling like your troubles are only obstacles and not mountains.
She is very thorough in her support
Lisa has been my Interim therapist for a month. I am really glad I have had this experience. She is indeed a great therapist, very understading, compassionate, caring. I have rarely felt so supported in therapy. Thank you Lisa, I am very grateful for everything you said
