Luz Cotto-Charneski, LCSW

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

About 8608373854

For many of us deciding to enter a path of personal growth can be considered one of the most profound life experiences. My role as a therapist is to guide, witness, and support your unique experience.  Together we will begin to uncover areas of your life that desire a sense of healing from self-destructive and limiting beliefs; and create hope for acceptance of self.

I am dedicated to value your personal strengths, and believe in creating an environment that encourages healthy growth in all areas of your life.  I work closely with my patients around issues of trauma, abuse/domestic violence, self-esteem, depression, anxiety; and grief and loss issues. Together we will challenge and untangle the painful thoughts and experiences, while creating new hope for the future.

Luz was very helpful! She responded quickly even during the busy month of December when holidays can take over everyone’s life. Luz says it like it is. I appreciated her approach and it helped me work through a lot of issues in my mind.
Luz provides honest and really great advice. She is an excellent and strong emotional support who will be an anchor through difficult situations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I spoke to her for an hour and I feel so much better. She made me realize so much.
Thanks for being there
Really really empathetic. I like that she validated my feelings but I didn't feel like she was enabling me. She gave me practical advice about what I need to do to help fix my situation myself.
