Are you dealing with stress at work or wondering if you made the wrong career choice?
Or maybe you're struggling in your relationships, work or school due to ADHD or a learning disability.
These difficulties can feel overwhelming and destroy your hope for the future... but there is a great sign that you're already on the path to overcoming these struggles. You're already here seeking help!
Imagine waking up each day excited to go to school or work. You can feel confident in your abilities and in alignment with your life goals. Mistakes are no longer a huge blow to your self-esteem and you're able to view mistakes as the valuable (and necessary!) learning experience they are.
My work with clients focuses on diving in to your biggest concerns and implementing strategies right away. We discuss techniques you've tried and why they did or did not work, and then adapt them to better suit your needs. I'll also share with you plenty of additional resources so you can choose the best methods that work for you.
I enjoy working with clients who are honest and action-oriented. You want to change and you're ready to commit to this.
That's why I love using non-traditional therapy methods, such as messaging and more frequent but shorter sessions, to make a big impact right away. We'll be able to see what is working and change what's not so that you can gain what you need and then have skills to move you forward on your own. I typically work with clients for about 4-10 weeks, although some in my private practice find just one initial 90 minute session provides them what they need to move forward and then we can have check-ins.
There's no need to pay hundreds of dollars each month or spend hours over-analyzing your problems.
Contact me now via message or check out my website for one off sessions (available in person or online) to jump start more in-depth progress. I look forward to working with you!
