I help people identify those core causes of distress to deepen understanding of thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in order to develop practical solutions. Clients range from adolescents to adults and groups who may present anything from depression and substance issues to domestic violence issues, PTSD, body dysmorphia, adjustment disorders, addiction, ADHD, bi-polar issues, grief or anxiety.
