I am so glad that you are here seeking help. I can help you with goal-setting, problem-solving and anything that you would like to work on. I am skilled in the use of a variety of interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-focused therapy, and mindfulness. My past work experience includes working with anxious thoughts and feelings, working with focusing on this present moment, and helping with everyday struggles. I have worked with a variety of diverse populations, including children, individuals and families, the elderly, cancer survivors, college students, and autistic support. I would love to help you--we will work together to help you feel better.
