When you lose your voice, you lose your ability to express yourself. Depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and isolation can all find ways to stifle our voice. They make us afraid. They make us feel alone. They make us do things we wouldn't normally do, and say things we wouldn't normally say.
Reaching out is the first step, and the most difficult one. It takes a lot to admit that help is needed, but once you do, you'll find that your voice will come back to you in ways you had only imagined.
Trust and respect are of the utmost importance in counselling, partiualrly in the early sessions. I value these and do my utmost to make you feel comfortable and supported. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to talk about the issues that are most important to you.
Counselling is a collaborative process, and I will work closely with you to help you find your voice again.

Rob was excellent and understanding.
I have only had one experience with RobBaker, but so far I am comfortable with him.
Very empathetic which I needed. Helped me get some perspective and also gave me practical tips which have made a real difference.
He is great with listening.
