Counselor

About

Hello! My focus is really on you! I take a unique approach to helping you reach your goals, and I fully believe that we are in the journey together - your success is my success. I have training in short-term/dynamic, cognitive-behavioral, existential, and solution-focused therapy models. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, life changes, or anything else, my goal is to help you reach the changes you want to see in your life. In our work you can expect me to ask thought-provoking questions, help you learn coping and stress management strategies, and overcome the personal challenges you are facing. I am here to help you along in the process by being non-judgemental and unbiased.

I am honored that you have chosen to share your experiences with me while you work toward the changes you want to see. We share a part of the human experience and I want to hear your story and help with whatever challenges you are facing.

I generally respond to messages between 21:00-23:00 Sunday to Thursday (rather than Monday to Friday). Although no guarantees, I tend to respond to messages on weekends as well.
