I can support those who have transsexualism and who don't consider themselves transgender, gender-variant, non-binary, or LGBT. Classical transsexual folks see their condition as being like a medical condition. It is not a lifestyle, choice, or a form of gender variance. Many seem to try to erase those with inborn transsexualism by lumping them in with other communities. Classical transsexual folks often report not being well-served by the LGBTQ+ communities and may feel alienated from them, irrelevant to them, or feel diametrically opposed to their goals. I'm willing to help those who don't feel served by the LGBTQ+ communities while respecting the rights and freedoms of all.
