Baby boomer ... but still young in mind. On my own went through anxiety therapy ... so I can listen well.
Strength: Always solution oriented I can be supportive to find your individual path of mental well being.
I live on a sailing boat in the Netherlands, a life of slowliness and simplicity.
With some extreme experiences like cancer, being homeless, bankrupcy, formal diagnosis of ADHD as adult I have a broad understanding for emotional stress situations.
I will do my best to be a good and supportive listener, as non native English speaking person.
