Becoming Self-Aware

...See more There are different levels of consciousness for everyone! No suprise, huh?  There are also many who have yet to become more aware ( self-awareness) . There level of conscious is still dream activated or they have been following their hearts ( not an awful thing to do).  The only disposition that happens is when,  it becomes something called disillusionment. Disillusionment is the waking up of once into reality and realizing is it isn't what you thought it was, essentially. This can be a total collapse of belief systems, even be the cause of Extensial Crises. Which is not inherently, bad. This is your chance!   "Who am I ?" is the best question to start with, in my opinion. 🤗 It can be a journey of becoming so free. To get to where you want to be, you will have to start here and possibly navigate the following: biases, values, morals, personality, astrology , Principles, Ethic etc. ( if you want! you can learn your birth chart and start knowing you more as well. ) I know I did!  Maybe navigate spirituality and learn what ego death is, that was fun for me to learn as well.  The worst part-and this isn't the easy part- is navigating that "Shadow Work" ,  the Swiss Psychatrist , Carl Jung Identifed in some of his works. Being self-aware then leads to knowing your meaning and purpose in the world and all you want to accomplish and it is defintely an IDG one should work towards.  The learning yourself can lead you into an utter self-awareness, I reached and obtained. That isn't to say do what I did, just know what you can do , to become more self-aware on your own.  Best Wishes!
Thinking= Meditation: How To Start

...See more Thinking is hard for most, yet during my time, I tended to avoid others and keep to myself.  I made sure not to be bothered by others, much, when I was in my teenage years. This gave me plently of alone to to sit with myself and think, think, thiiiiiiink-Blues Clues!  As I started to navigate my mind, I had no idea at first this was actually meditation.  Meditation helps us listen to ourselves: Heart and Mind.  So when we have the peace, we will start to realize at some point, the thoughts will start popping up.  We shouldn't avoid them as they come, we should only listen!  Buddah says at that point, you really start hearing yourself, your needs, your wants and you focus on that.  This is a great step into goal-setting. To make the Goal, to imagine how you are going to accomplish that goal , and to then start an action plan and actually push yourself into accomplish it. Should problems arrise, you can go back to meditation. Think and feel your way through this process and do not ignore it!  I learned from the IDGs course, that this is such a fundamental part of who we are.  How do you incorporate meditation into your life? Is there something else you do that helps? What ways do you tackle your PART 02?
The Realtionship Of Self

...See more So what am I supposed to do in a world like this? I probably asked myself that question because I had no idea. And then I had the idea. What would life be like if I took everything for a moment? And made it completely disappear. So at that point I was only in a pure white void with only me, myself and I, and I was that. And the only thing ever came from that was to create a picture. Stuff that I appreciate, I value, I love about the world. Whatever about me. And I'd be alone. Yeah, I wouldn't be. As time would go on, I would create ideas of people and they would start to appear. My mom, my dad. The person I love, my children that all appear one by one. In that instance, I'd like to focus on self.  The relationship to myself was a really long one, and it all started with learning who I was during the course of several personality tests that I took. This gave me an overall picture of who and what I was, and yet what I was still trying to figure out and learn and understand. And so while I still work on self, it's try to imagine a time where I was in that white void and I started picking apart everything about who and what I was and started coming to the idea about my values and the things that are really important to me. All starting simply with personality tests. Yes, we're talking and referring to www.16personalities.com. And way more personality tests they have out there. It was the starting point for life long journey I would come to know as self discovery. Self discovery would eventually become that journey that I would be on for the rest of my life and learning and doing and being and figuring out all my biases and everything about who and what I am. And that is the relationship to the self and that is what it is talking about. The I DGs in this current moment. And so my question for you is...   What kind of things do you find about yourself that you do to help you figure out who and what you are without feeling like you do not have any purpose nor value?
Finding Her Again

...See more The "Being" of myself has been a journey. It meant creating a world for me and not an empty void.  The void ,as in, spirituality, is a place of stillness where nothing is really happening.  And so, during these times I became still to the void, doing inner work.  The inner work is emotional of a moment, sometimes it is even more difficult to manage and overcome. Therefore, I related to it very well.  My IDG was, at a time, the relationship to myself. Who was I? It had followed along with many extensial crises. What was my purpose? Why did I feel an emptiness ( the void) ?  I spent daily meditations within in my mind during that process, allowing anything to come and go as it so pleased.  Not to mention several personality tests to give me a window into myself and into that I walked into Carl Jung, the Swiss Psychatrist. This would soon, further and become a whole new inner world to me.  Finally, awareness, insight, and self-actualization would follow.  I started researching my values and aligning them as well as what made me who I was, and my own moral compass. I can now be in the presence of who I am, fully and authentically. She is! What a relief!
