Everybody needs help sometimes. I don't have the answers but I'm here if you need to sort through your thoughts. I am a full time student of life. I've struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, and a variety of other less serious issues that felt very serious at the time. I am a voracious reader and big time animal lover. When I am feeling overwhelmed I like to hike, practice meditation, and sometimes just sit out in nature- even if it's just my own backyard. I am happy to listen to anything you need to discuss, no judgement, with an open heart and an open ear.
