I am 43 years old. I live with CPTSD my anxiety and depression has gone from mild to severe following my house fire in September. I have 3 boys and 6 bonus kids. 9 bonus grandchildren. My fiance is very supportive and loving ❤️ . I want to improve my mental health and become who I use to be.
