...See more My friend has people that he knows that goes through panic attacks, but he's not so sure how to help them when they begin to hyperventilate and become incoherent. I was wondering if anyone has any advice to give him? (Any advice will be well appreciated and thank you for taking the time to answer)

A great listener.....
Extremely calming and easy to talk to. They seemed to understand what I was going through and helped me sort it out piece by piece until I came to a resolve.
