I'm kinda just here to find help and maybe others like myself, I do have ADHD and ADD even though I was told by a doctor that ADHD and ADD are consider the same now? Something like that, but it's not that bad I think only in some instances, anyway I go by Poppy it's a nick obviously, I don't really know if I have any problems, but I was also told I have anxiety even though I'm in heavy denial of it, I also was in counseling for anger management 2-3 years back and I think I still need that support maybe still questioning honestly.
