Hello, I'm pleased you've found me on 7 cups of tea! I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression and other emotional problems.


I enjoy yoga and going for coffees with a book to read and relax with.


I have overcome many things in life, including depression and a traumatic experience, and I know how scary it can be to confide in someone and share your story, however I hope that by talking to me you will feel comforted knowing there is someone here who understands your needs and worries.


There is nothing you should feel uncomfortable asking or discussing. Everything we talk about is strictly confidential; you are safe here, and I will do whatever it takes to make you feel secure.

...See more If you ever feel anxious or feel like you are about to have a panic attack or are having one...plug your headphones in, YouTube bilateral stimulation music and listen. When the music plays in your right ear squeeze your right hand and when it plays in your left ear squeeze your left hand. I hope this helps
