Fast response time first thing I notice. Polite. Kind. Good Judgement. I felt like they let me pour my heart out for the first time in my life and once I did asked questions that helped me get more out and explore my emotions and therefore I did. I had been going through a hard time for some 12 months. Batteling depression and family struggles. I had another major family problem of a very sensitive nature come up. I was unable to know what to do. This person listened at every turn not judging or critucising in any way at all. They enabled me to clear my thinking.
