I am a wanderer of this earth, trying to find my true path. There are hills and mountains to climb...rivers to cross...forests to explore. It's not easy. I'm tried, restless, and mentally unstable. But I keep walking, traveling on the soil of hope. I will rest one day, but not until every rock is turned...every valley is searched. I do the best I can, and even though my mind says it isn't enough, I keep trying. The journey is far from over and I will continue for as long as my heart will take it. Be patient with me, be kind to me, and provide me a shoulder to lean on. I may not always seem loving and understanding, and even a bit selfish, but everyone has their highs and lows, and we just have to keep going. Open up your heart to me so I can learn trust again. I want to be a better version of myself, even when the devil on my shoulder tries to convince me otherwise. I will try my best to find who I am meant to be, if it's the last thing I do... 💪

Here are some things that I like to do for fun:

- Listening to music (And maybe singing too loudly to just about every song 🙈; I would say my favorite singer is Daya 🎤)

- Going for a walk outside (the serenity of nature makes up every aspect of my being 🌸)

- Reading books (maybe too many books 😅 If I were to pick two of my favorite genres, they would be Sci-fi and Mystery 📖)

- Writing poetry (some of you learned of my usually-secret hobby 😀 Poetry allows me to express myself in such a unique and beautiful way ✍)

- Doing schoolwork (I think I’m the odd one out here 👀 🎒 My two favorite school subjects are the math and sciences 📐 🧪)

...See more This is honestly a post that I have been meaning to make, and although the timing isn't the best, I still think that it is worth it. @Mack - there's honestly a lot that I want to say that can't be described well in words. But bottom line, I appreciate you a lot and what you have done here for so many people. Ever since I met you, you have been such an inspiration at the very least. The way that you are not afraid to share your views about anything, stand up for those who don't have a voice, and show so much compassion and empathy toward so many people— it's such a beautiful sight. Also, there is so much more I can say about how you have supported me through some fairly dark moments in my life and provided that little bit of light that resonated with me, even now. But to keep this brief, you have been such an important part of my life up to this point. Although we haven't talked much in a while, the memories that we had together here on cups have stayed with me these past few months, and they have actually motivated me to keep going. You have showed me that I can be cared for and loved as a friend, and I will never EVER forget that. Though we have drifted apart, I still feel that we have that kind of friendship bond, one that cannot be withered through distance, conflict, or anything, and I will treasure this for a lifetime. It means more than you will ever realize. To conclude, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for existing, for touching my heart and those who have had the utmost pleasure of meeting such a wonderful and compassionate soul as you. I will never forget you, and I wish you the very best with everything. And remember— even if it is difficult to believe this during a time of struggle, you are not alone, okay? ...See more Hello! You can call me Spruce. I just discovered this interesting diary entry section of 7 Cups, and this is something I’ve been looking for. I need a place where I can spill out all of my thoughts without criticism, and that’s not something I can really rely on through 1:1 chats (even though I haven’t been here for that long, it’s my upfront impression). I would prefer to keep this as a space for myself, but if anyone would like to send supportive comments for my post, just dive right in! I don’t mind at all 😊 So for anyone who may be reading this, there may be some rough topics such as family stress, severe self-hate, and some pretty graphic flashbacks (but not too graphic). I will try my best not to make this an inappropriate space, but I just wanted to give a heads up just it case it starts getting to that point. Donuts are in full supply at all times, so feel free to grab a snack when you travel by 😊 And feel free to greet me when you’re here - I absolutely love meeting new people, and I want to build my support group here on 7 Cups ❤️
