Sub-Forum Purpose and Navigation

Hello and welcome!
Do you need help navigating or you getting lost in our forums? Here's a general use for each sub-forum and what they offer. If you need any assistance, please message anyone from the sub-community leaders list
here. You may also message anyone from the forum team or sub-community mentor leaders or ambassadors.


  1. Check-Ins
    Check-ins are where the forum team does monthly/weekly posts to see how everyone is doing. You can check in with us as many times as you want within that month or week. We'd love to hear how you are currently doing.
  2. Bipolar Support
    The Bipolar Support Sub-forum is for those who have Bipolar I or II. It can also include Depressive Bipolar, mania, and all of that. This sub-form is for any type of Bipolar Disorder. Getting support from other people who go through the same you do can possibly help in your recovery.
  3. Share Your Story
    The Share Your Story sub-forum lets you share your struggles/strengths/victories. This is your space to share stories/journies, learn from others, and motivate others.
  4. Schizophrenia Support
    The Schizophrenia Support sub-forum is for people who want to ask questions about the topic, seek support, share stories, uplift others, and so much more.
  5. Welcomes and Introductions
    This is where the forum team helps welcome new members to the community. Feel free to come to say 'hello' and tell a little something about yourself!
  6. Resources and information
    The Resources and Information sub-forum has resources for those managing with Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, and those sub-disorders that get divided under those three main topics.
  7. Discussions, Icebreakers & Quotes
    Discussions, Icebreakers, and Quotes is a fun sub-forum. Sometimes, we will post periodic quotes and see what you all have to say, or sometimes we want to do ice-breakers or games with you all. The discussions part- we will mention the group support schedules for the month or have some forum discussions going on.
  8. Bipolar, Schizophrenia & Psychosis Support Community Team Use
    The Bipolar, Schizophrenia & Psychosis Support Community Team Use sub-forum is for the team leaders for Bipolar Support to give important updates to the whole community or to make sub-community announcements.
  9. Psychosis Support
    Psychosis Support sub-forums let you seek support among those who suffer from psychosis (and its related conditions). You can share your stories in a safe place and won''t be judged. You are able to share stories and see different points of view.
  10. Archives
    Archives will most likely have outdated information regarding topics. This helps keep relevant and useful posts not get lost among other disinformational posts.
