Whenever I'm busy, I try to exercise right before I take a shower at night for just a few minutes. A few minutes everyday can make a difference and give confidence. I know it can be very hard to find time, but if its important, time will open up. Also when you wake up, do a bit of stretches and yoga to prep for the day and stay flexible. Remember to drink lots of water and try not to stress eat on junk food and sugar. Theres lots of fruit water recipes online if plain water doesn't fit your fancy. Good luck!
Realising that exercise is important for you is the first step towards getting motivated to exercise, and I think you have done that, so great job on that! Next, you can try and make a fixed timetable, and try your best to adhere to it. You can start small, like, just decide upon around 15-20 minutes of exercise for the first 1 or 2 weeks. Then, when you have achieved that goal consistently, you can gradually increase your time period. Same is true for intensity of exercise: start small, then gradually, once you are consistent enough, keep adding to it. Also, if you find it hard to adhere to the timetable, which is the most crucial thing, then you can always go and sign up for some online or even physical regular fitness classes, I think that helps when it comes to wanting to be consistent. And then, once you have achieved a certain level of consistency, you will be able to adhere to the schedule yourself.
Lastly, have fun while exercising! Do not treat it as something that you are FORCED to do; enjoy the feeling, and that will always keep you motivated to keep exercising!
Hope this helps!
