First try to love yourself as who you are and people who truly like you will do the same. Don't avoid the tings you like to do just because you are not happy with how you look on the outside.

There is no reason why you, or anyone who wants to - can't go to the beach. Saying "I am fat" is self labeling in a negative way; it doesn't help you to bring about a healthy change. The beach is in fact a GREAT place to go to mentally unwind and connect with nature. Waves create "negative charged ions" which are terrific for boosting your mood. A beach is also an awesome place to just walk, and you can wear anything you like. Swimming is good exercise too, but so is just playing around in the water with your friends and family. Any of these can lead to slimming down your weight which sounds like you want to do that anyway. But- don't focus on losing weight just so others won't judge you for your looks. Find a happy spot and be joyful, laugh, take in all the beauty that the beach naturally provides. Do your best to adopt a healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercising --life is too short NOT to enjoy.

Sometimes we just can't accept how we look. I truly understand you because i have the same feeling. But i try to embrace myself more. Like i may have some kilos but my hair looks awesome or my fatness makes me look more curvy and i like it. But it doesn't mean i won't try to lose weight. Everything is up to us.

Exercise, eat healthier...lose weight. Or put your bathing suit on, with or without a tshirt over it, go to the beach, have fun...ignore anyone who looks or says anything. I know, easier said than done. Most people are there to swim, hang out with family/friends and honestly, some if not most are struggling with how they look too. But go have fun! Try not to get too sun burnt!
