Hello & welcome! I'm here to listen to your story and give you some emotional support. I'm a daughter, sister, wife and mom who loves to travel, hike and dance. My background includes real life experiences, an extensive career and academic history. I overcame my battle with anxiety and depression by acknowledging that I needed help, letting go of the stress factors, adjusting to a healthy lifestyle and going to counseling.

I'm really passionate about what I do here so I became a Verified Listener, Peer Support, Group Mod and Mentor. To better serve this community I completed the 7 Cups Internship in March 2016.

Honestly glad i discovered this website. Really helpful and was very patient with me. Someone who is willing to help someone who feeling down and needs a chat is generous human being.
