I'm a former crisis hotline counselor and currently work with adults on the autism spectrum. I spend my free time traveling, eating, rock climbing, and writing music. I also have personal lifelong experience dealing with anxiety and depression, and I know that talking about your issues can at least brighten your day and maybe even alter the course of your life!
