Clinical Psych Graduate Student at Columbia: Teachers College. I completed my Undergraduate Psychology Degree at UMass Amherst.
I am a Certified Decisional Trainer, and have worked with populations as varied as veterans, children, and inmates.
Jordan Peterson is my idol in the field of psychology.
I grew up surrounded with mental illnesses, and am particularly knowledgeable about depression.
I'm inspired to be positive as a result of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Positive Psychology approaches.

Q&A Process Streamline

...See more I ran into a minor annoyance when I accidentally closed the Q&A module on my dashboard - the only way to restore it ended up being to clear my internet cookies/cache/history. In the meantime, I realized that there was no other way to answer or submit Q&A responses - There should be a way to do so besides the dashboard module! I suggest that the Q&A process be redone so that this useful resource can be more easily accessed! Specifically, I suggest that there be ways on the Q&A page that will allow answers and questions to be submitted there.  Thanks for your time!

...See more I quite enjoyed responding to the Q&A topics that were on my dashboard, until I accidentally clicked the 'x' on the module, closing it. It hasn't reappeared for a week now. Is there any way to get this little module back on my dashboard, or is there another way that I can find or respond to these Q&A's? Thanks!

JDust was my first listener and I couldn't have picked anyone better. I was so happy to have been replied to so fast. Honestly I didn't know what I had really wanted and I was taking a chance. My results were fantastic. JDust is a great pick for anyone. ;)
He is highly intuitive. It takes a particular piece of insight to understand and find direction in overcoming a challenge. Rest assured that he will ask the questions that will eventually bring you that insight.
Best listener I have had on here. Takes in all of your problems and recognizes that advice isn't always needed but rather just someone to listen. What advice was given was really great and was given in a nice, polite way. I will definitely be talking to him more often.

Incredible. Truly brought me peace of mind during a rough break up I am going through. I've never been in a breakup situation like this before and although I may return to an uneasy spot tomorrow, I am at least at the start of a glimpse of peace of mind and only time will continue to make that grow.
