What can I say that hasn't allready been said? A great listener.

I would like to say she did an excellent job talking me through a very rough time, I felt she listened and understood what I was saying and gave a great dose of positivity that I needed in that moment. Her response time was really quick, and I didn't feel judged talking with her. She definitely made my night a lot easier than it would have been had I not talked to her

She is absolutely great. Very understanding of your situation, patient, displays empathy, and really puts herself in your shoes. You can tell that she is very honest and doesn't sugar-coat, despite her mellow demeanor.

I didn't really present a problem so I can't gauge 100% on these. But the response time was amazing. Half the issue of getting help is knowing you aren't alone and someone can help. THAT can save lives. I love this.
