I was quite skeptical about talking to her at first because I was afraid of pouring too much of my feelings then have her leave me hanging but she didn't and i am thankful for those suggestions

I am actually feeling better today. Very helpful. I've tried paid face to face counseling but i benefit more from what I received today I was depressed for the last 2years and was facing suicidal thoughts from a week now I feel I'm not that sad I'll try to face my fears I may return to the same listener if I need help

i got in the chat almost suicidal with a terrible history of drug abuse and left with a whole lot of new found love for myself and confidence than i ever had before.
