hi there! my name is kaleigh, and i’m 19. i’ve lived through countless events through my life, and i’ve dealt with a lot on the mental health side. i’ve been diagnosed with more, but i do have autism, adhd, depression and ocd. for a lot of my life i felt as if i was meant to be here to help people. so i started to love myself and as a kid, i started going online to do whatever i could to help anyone. i joined 7cups a long time ago, and i haven’t been on in so long, but i’m back to be here for people again. it can truly do wonders to speak to somebody and open up about how you’re feeling, and i will always be there for anyone. do not be afraid to speak up or need a friend, even if its messages that have nothing to do with mental health. you matter and you belong so much. thank you for being you.
