...See more Just a reminder that wellness can look like what you need instead of what others swear by works for them. For instance, peace and calm and healing comes from complete silence with my ear buds or being in the forest. It's having a bowl of chips and dip. It's not always doing the to-do list right away. What does it look like for you?

...See more There are some days I just feel like I haven't done that much in life. It's easy when comparison kicks in. But, we don't know the full scope of anyone else's journey and they things that haven't worked out for them either. I try and make a small list of things that I've accomplished or that are worth celebrating. I would love to hear yours too. Today's list: Being halfway done with undergrad for a counseling degree. Having and keeping a job I'm good at. Growing as a person. Figuring out my favorite tea and actually having a couple cups of it. Being intentional with self care.
