Hi, I'm glad you have found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with low self esteem, childhood trauma, relationship and parental issues. I enjoy writing, reading and swimming. I've overcome things in my life and hope I can give a little bit back by helping others who are struggling.
