Hello and greetings!

I'm here because I have been through a variety of mental health experiences, especially regarding depression, panic disorder, and chronic anxiety. I am no stranger to many different triggering scenarios in life, including divorce (both through my parents and myself), phobias, domestic issues, school bullying, unemployment, and self-harm situations.

I am not your general listener who will just say "Oh, that's so sad. You are a wonderful snowflake." I am a problem solver and I will be honest with you regarding what you need to do. I am also available to just listen if you want to vent, but don't really want to fix it at the moment.
