...See more Hey :) Many did express their worries about listeners quality here, I understand there is no real solution for this issue, as its voluanteer work and its hard to monitor everything. But one of the most common issues ( that I know of) the first few chats for new listeners here, most of the listeners here have their own issues, and have/had some mental issues and they want to support people with it, but the way to handle chats is a totaly different thing, and some find the first few chats so intimidating, some do lose their cofidance in themselves to be able to help and just leave, mentor are doing their job helping but and here is what Im suggesting here, Maybe we can put Noni into another use, which is for mock chat for new listeners about the topic they want, so they feel more comfy about real chat, mentor can review the chats to help in a more effectiant way.
