...See more Hi all . I just can't stop myself from thinking excessively about Covid . I keep getting thoughts about me or my family members getting infected with it . I try and distract my mind by indulging in other productive activities but fail eventually . All this is really tough for me 😥 😥. Any ideas / suggestions on how to tackle this ??

...See more I have been struggling with OCD for quiet some time now. Although I have been taking meds for the same but still on most days it gets difficult tackling intrusive thoughts. Every day I have to deal with incessant worrying over little little things, unwanted and unpleasant thoughts repeating over and over. Ideally I should be just ignoring such thoughts but its easier said then done. These thoughts just sap the energy out of me. I would appreciate some advise on it. Thanks.
