I'm your friendly neighbourd spoonie (chronic pain) and I know how much this can play a huge part in effecting a person mentally!Ā Iā€™m here to help and offer a listening ear to those in need! Due to covid I am out of work, which allows me to be available on here during the mornings, I am also taking part in the 7cups internship too- which I hope to graduate with honours.
