Call me "Quiet" - I'm a MAN of few words

In my late teens, I felt like an alien who didn’t belong in this world.  I was an impostor, pretending to be normal while constantly fearing I’d be exposed and rejected. Deep down, I believe I am unique and incurably broken.

Always the last one left standing on the sidelines that no one wants on their team.

I have come to the conclusion that the universe wants me to be lonely. 😕

Introverts “get” you.

Although it may seem counterintuitive, solitude can actually help you connect better with others. Why? Because spending time alone — which introverts love — may enhance our empathy, especially for people outside our typical social group, according to research. Being alone often involves reflecting on our actions, disbeliefs/beliefs, and experiences, which helps us develop a deeper understanding and stronger empathy for others.
