My interests: I'm an introvert who likes to be by myself a lot and pursue creative activities, but I am slowly coming out of my shell to try to be more social. I also like being out in nature.
My strengths as a Listener: Life is not easy, but I hope to provide a safe space where you feel heard and supported. I particularly like taking chats on loneliness. I get lonely too so I understand it, and in general I enjoy casually chatting or just listening to someone else. See below for the other categories I have direct lived experience in.

Fun facts about me: On why I chose my username, I have a female ancestor whose first name was Solomé. I looked it up and it's derived from the Hebrew word shalom, meaning "peace." It can also be read as "solo me," which represents me well. I like to practice mindfulness and meditation.
