An absolute gem to the community, a person with one of the purest hearts I have ever seen; the moment they enter the chatroom, everyone’s day brightens up automatically. Their only wish? Firstly, she is the best listener I have ever talked to.....I certainly recommend her. Has her own unique way of providing support, listens to you patiently. doesn't judge(that's a good trait of a listener). She is honest.... like if she doesn't have any experience of handling a certain issue, she honestly says so.
