My names Cody. Im 28 years old and I live in the US. I signed up on 7cups because like many of you, ive felt down, depressed, scared, and have been in dark places that have driven me close to giving up more than once. However, I am still here, and after years of my own battles and stuggles I feel like ive learned a thing or 3 from being in those places and can understand what others are going through. As I understand 7cups is more about letting people speak and be heard, I stand and scream from the rooftops but one single universal truth I want everyone to know, ---You are valuable, important, and above all else loved, even if you dont know it yet.--- Knowing is half the battle, and knowing this truth deeply changes you, and im here to live out that truth by listening and letting you know you matter. 😊
